2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty | Jordan FordThe 2019 F-250 is part of Ford’s Super Duty lineup, and it has even more power than Ford’s popular F-150. Six trim levels are available: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited. Here are some more details about the 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty’s best features.

A Tough, Capable Exterior

The F-250 Super Duty looks strong and attractive. Its prominent black or chrome grille has two horizontal bars with the Ford Blue Oval in the center. Boxy halogen headlights wrap around the grille, and if you examine the front closely, you can see Super Duty lettering. Three cab sizes and two bed sizes are available, and you can choose 17-, 18-, or 19.5-inch wheels. The F-250 also comes with manually telescoping trailer tow side mirrors and front and rear tow hooks.

You can add a sliding power rear window with privacy glass, LED roof clearance lights, splash guards, power retractable running boards, a retractable step for the tailgate, a moonroof, and a power sliding rear window. Heated, power-folding side mirrors with memory settings are optional, as well.

Plenty of Power and Excellent Performance

Even with its large size, the F-250 is maneuverable, easy to handle, and fun to drive. It has a 6.2-liter V-8 engine that provides 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. Choose the Alternative Fuel Capability package for the ability to use compressed natural gas or liquefied propane as well as gasoline.

A 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V-8 that produces 450 horsepower and 935 pound-feet of torque is also available. It has a new fuel injection system, software control, and an exhaust brake for optimal control with a heavy load. Both engines are connected to a six-speed automatic transmission with Manual and Tow/Haul modes. You can use the F-250 to haul up to 7,360 pounds and pull up to 23,000 pounds. It comes with heavy-duty shock absorbers, an integrated trailer brake controller, roll stability control, and trailer sway control.
