Types of Technicians and Salary Range:

Level A Technician- Also referred to as a Master Technician. Highly skilled in diagnostics and mechanics. Many years of experience. The highest skilled technician on staff. $200,000 + a year, dependent on experience and production. 

Level B Technician- Experience with mechanical repair and some diagnostics. Trusted to handle most repairs. $85,000 + a year, dependent on experience and production.

Level C Technician- Entry level technician focusing primarily on basic maintenance, alignments, brakes and suspension. $65,000 + a year, dependent on experience and production.

Lube Technician- Entry level technician focusing on routine maintenance including oil changes, tires, and inspections. $45,000 + a year, dependent on experience and production.
