The first involves letting us know that you need a service. You can call us, email us, or use the FordPass app on your cellphone. When you contact us, give us your details and the service you require, and let us know where and when we can pick up your vehicle.
Pickup
One of our Ford-trained technicians will meet you at the arranged date and time at the agreed location. The technician will bring your car through to our service center.
Service
Our technicians are experts at Ford servicing and repair. We only use genuine Ford components in our servicing and repairs. This ensures the highest quality and the safety of you and your Ford. We’ve detailed a couple of the services we can perform below.
Oil Change
High-quality clean oil is essential for your engine. Oil lubricates all the parts of your engine, helping to reduce wear and tear due to friction. The constant flow of oil helps cool your engine, protect against rust, reduce dirt buildup, and allow your engine to work as efficiently as it was designed to. Oil is consumed as it works and becomes thicker and sluggish as it ages.
Older oil contains dirt, debris, and other contaminants that can block the oil filter. A blocked oil filter prevents oil from circulating, and your engine will sustain damage. During an oil change, we check the condition of your oil and remove and replace it with fresh oil. We also check the condition of the oil filter and replace it. You’ll notice an immediate improvement in your Ford’s performance after an oil change.
Fluid Levels
Your Ford has a variety of fluids, each of which performs an essential function. These fluids include brake fluid, coolant, oil, transmission fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid. Certain fluids, like oil, are consumed as they work. All these fluids will also degrade with age. Older fluids lose their special properties and this can cause damage to your car.
A fluid level service involves checking the level and condition of each of these fluids. If we discover a problem with one of the fluids, we’ll let you know, and we can fix the problem for you. We’ll then top up the fluids to ensure they are at their optimum level.
