Our Efforts During COVID-19

The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has all of our attention. We wanted to let you know that Jordan Ford is doing everything possible to keep our customers and staff safe while delivering the best customer experience possible.

We’re doing all we can to ensure all of our departments and services are available to you. Our dealerships and all departments remain open to serve you.

We understand that social distancing is important.

That’s why we are offering at-home delivery for new and pre-owned vehicles. Start or complete the car buying experience ONLINE from the comfort of your own home, and we’ll bring your new car right to your doorstep, thanks to our Express Shop. You can find the Express Shop icon next to the vehicle you are looking at on our website. Not sure if you're ready to buy? We are providing at home test-drives for your safety and convenience. All vehicles will be sanitized to keep you and our employees safe.

If your vehicle needs repairs or maintenance, please schedule a drop off time here. If it is for routine scheduled maintenance and you would like your vehicle picked up and/or delivered back to you, give us a call. For your safety, we will sanitize your vehicle upon pick-up and delivery.

We are taking a number of steps to protect our customers and teammates.

We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our facilities. Knowing this is more important than ever, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our dealerships.
We have instructed all of our teammates to stay home if they are sick and to wash their hands often with soap and water. We also have hand sanitizer available in all departments to keep you and our employees safe.
Our dealership is being cleaned every 15 minutes, our vehicles have protective steering wheel covers that are replaced after every use, and vehicles are being sanitized upon pick-up and delivery.
No Hand Shaking. Please don’t be offended by our awkward wave or fist bump. Just trying to be careful. :)
