The 2020 F-250 is available as six trim models: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited. Shoppers can choose from three cabins ā regular, extended SuperCab, and SuperCrew ā and two bed lengths ā 6.8 feet or 8.2 feet.

Engine (Power)
Choose between three F-250 engines. The base 6.2-liter gas-powered V-8 makes 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. This engine is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
For best-in-class gasoline power, check out the newly optional 7.3-liter V-8, which ups the ante with 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. Then there's the best-in-class turbodiesel V-8, a beast that pumps out 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque to help you achieve your heavy-duty goals. Both optional engines utilize a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on every F-250, but shoppers can always add optional four-wheel drive.

Performance
Ford's Super Duty trucks were designed to tow and haul the kind of weight that lesser trucks can't manage. Properly equipped, the F-250 can tow up to 20,000 pounds of conventional trailer. With a gooseneck setup, that number jumps up to 22,800 pounds. Depending on configuration and equipment, this heavy-duty pickup truck can haul max payloads of 4,332 pounds.
Interior
No matter which cabin option you select, the F-250 delivers sublime head- and legroom. Seats are supportive for the long haul, whether you go with the standard vinyl seats or the 10-way power-adjustable multi-contour seats with massage settings.
Move up the F-250 trim levels for greater and greater interior luxury. The XL includes the basics, like air conditioning and a four-speaker stereo system. The XLT is big on convenience, with the Sync 3 infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and an 8-inch touch screen. In the midgrade Lariat, you'll enjoy leather upholstery.
In the upscale Platinum, you'll enjoy the aforementioned multi-contour front seats, which also include heating and ventilation. Inside, the King Ranch expands on its Western theme with saddle-brown leather seating and exclusive badging. In the top-trim Limited, you'll find two-tone leather interior.
