Under every Expedition hood is a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V-6 that delivers 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. In Platinum models, this engine offers even greater power, with 400 horses and 480 pound-feet of torque. The V-6 works in conjunction with a smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but Expedition shoppers can always add optional four-wheel drive.
